Letter of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation
The Department of Chemical Technological Complex and Bio Engineering Technologies of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation informs about the running of international specialised exhibition of cosmetics, perfumery, household chemistry, personal care products and disinfectants ChemiCos at Crocus Expo IEC from March 23 to 25, 2021.
The mentioned exhibition is included in the action plan of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, is organised with the participation of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation and the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing, has a high level of relevance and recognizability.
Each year within the framework of the agreement on cooperation with Mayer Corporate Group, the Scientific and Technical Center “CHIMVEST” of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation organises a specialised exposition and business programme with the participation of representatives from specialised departments of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. In 2021 the following topical issues of legal regulation and the development of the perfumery and cosmetics industry are going to be discussed within the framework of the business event programme:
- Priority areas of the governmental policy in the sphere of raw material supply, import substitution of crucial ingredients.
- Environmental regulation, use of packaging from recycled raw materials, collection and disposal of plastic packaging for household chemistry, plastic gift certificates at points of sale.
- Change of rules in commission trade of nonfood products.
- The problems of product labelling in the perfumery industry.
- Security and quality monitoring of perfumery and cosmetic products, synthetic detergents, solid domestic waste and personal care products on the territory of Russia (the Russian Quality System).
The following event has a high rating of business and media activity, as well as a qualified group of experts and speakers, including regular participants – members of the Association of perfumery, cosmetics, household chemicals and hygienic goods manufacturers, top managers of Russian and localized foreign enterprises, manufacturers of raw materials and ingredients.
